Job summary

Esri seeks a Senior System Engineer to design and optimize enterprise ArcGIS deployments across secure environments. You will lead architecture decisions, guide customers on deployment strategies, and ensure scalable, resilient GIS platforms that meet mission needs.

Responsibilities include deploying ArcGIS across varied environments, migrating deployments, and troubleshooting complex setups while collaborating with customers and partners to certify key GIS workflows.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in a similar position supporting similar responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure complex ArcGIS in diverse environments across OS, cloud, security architectures, and organizations to meet SLA.
• Plan and migrate content between ArcGIS deployments with different architectures and components.
• Troubleshoot advanced ArcGIS deployments, advising on storage, networking and security.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to design and certify GIS workflows for ArcGIS platform.
• Align customer objectives and business goals with Esri technology.
