Uber Technologies Inc. in Dallas is seeking a Sr. Manager to lead a team of 6+ Account Managers, driving growth for Enterprise restaurant brands through franchise groups and site-level execution.

You will own portfolio P&L, guide negotiations, and build scalable playbooks, coaching, and operating practices to deliver consistent results across a diverse portfolio of franchisees and locations. You'll collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Product to align brand strategy with operator needs

Competenze

• 8+ years in account management, business development, or related field with portfolio growth responsibility.
• Proven experience leading/commercial teams on a SIP or similar incentive plan, with coaching and performance management.
• Strong P&L ownership, planning, and negotiation with measurable partner growth.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and present in business reviews. Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint.
