Uber’s US Enterprise Franchise Account Management team grows Enterprise restaurant brands at the site level by partnering with franchise groups that own and operate their locations. You will lead a team of 6+ Account Managers and serve as a senior commercial partner to major franchise groups within Uber’s Enterprise portfolio.

You’ll own portfolio P&L, OKRs, and set the strategy with data-driven priorities.

Competenze

• 8+ years in account management, business development, or related field with portfolio growth.
• Proven leadership of Account Managers on a sales incentive plan, including coaching.
• Strong P&L ownership, account planning, and negotiation experience.
• Analytical and communication skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Lead and develop a team of 6+ Account Managers handling Enterprise restaurant brands.
• Own portfolio P&L, OKRs, and drive growth with data-informed decisions.
• Build relationships with franchise owners, executives, and operators.
• Represent Uber at conferences and partner meetings to expand partnerships.
• Scale playbooks, coaching, and account management practices across sites.
• Translate strategy into segmentation, priorities, and execution plans.
• Support complex negotiations and escalations with senior partners.
