Qualifications

• Financial acumen with budget management capabilities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with lease terms, property planning, and municipalities.
• Certifications (CFM, FMP, SFP, CPM) or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a facilities team with emphasis on service and accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, vendor management, and services.
• Manage facilities budgets and capital planning/projects.
• Partner with engineering and leadership on site strategies and investments.
• Support space planning decisions and workplace experience improvements.
• Provide guidance on furniture standards and office design consistency.
• Collaborate on acquisitions, site transitions, relocations or consolidations.
• Build partnerships across a matrixed organization and prioritize effectively.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify cost savings.
• Maintain systems for ticketing, reporting, and utilization tracking.
