Job summary

Post Consumer Brands, a unit of Post Holdings, Lakeville, MN, seeks a Senior Capital Engineering Project Manager to lead large capital projects across the manufacturing network. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited)
• 5+ years in engineering, capital project management, construction management, or manufacturing projects
• Demonstrated success leading complex multi-million-dollar capital projects
• Strong understanding of industrial construction and contractor management
• Experience managing capital budgets and project financial performance
• Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects involving facility construction, manufacturing infrastructure, utilities, process equipment installations, production line expansions, and plant modernization initiatives
• Own project budgets from authorization through closeout, including investments exceeding $20MM
• Develop capital requests, project scopes, equipment specifications, cost estimates, bid packages, and contractor work scopes
• Manage project forecasting, spending, change orders, risk mitigation, and overall financial performance
• Partner with operations, maintenance, quality, engineering, and plant leadership teams to deliver successful outcomes
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, reduce costs, and support business growth
