Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a senior professional to apply business architecture to improve end-to-end customer experiences. You will bridge business strategy and execution, map journeys, and lead cross-functional design teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will coach stakeholders, develop capability roadmaps, and use architecture techniques to prioritize initiatives that uplift customer satisfaction and business value.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant experience required.
• 2+ years business architecture experience; including strategy, impact analysis, solution design, delivery oversight and performance analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of modeling, simulation and analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Experience leading, influencing, and managing business process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Using business architecture tools and techniques to assess areas for improvement and changes necessary to carry out strategy.
• Map customer journeys to uncover and improve moments of truth and follow design processes for new experiences.
• Lead PoC and prototype initiatives to demonstrate potential value; drive a customer-centric culture.
• Engage stakeholders, educate and coach teams to adopt best practices across functions.
• Develop and maintain capability roadmaps and the customer experience strategy.
