Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business, related field; or related work experience.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years business architecture experience; including strategy, impact analysis, solution design, delivery oversight and performance analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of modeling simulation and analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Experience leading, influencing, and managing business process improvement initiatives with operations teams.
• Proven ability to apply architectural principles, methods and tools to address complex business challenges.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Use business architecture tools to assess improvements and carry out strategy.
• Map customer journeys to uncover moments of truth and improve experiences.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional design teams and stakeholder discussions.
• Ensure projects deliver the agreed business outcomes and act as SME or proxy product owner.
• Educate IT and business on opportunities; stay updated on industry and tech trends.
• Develop capability roadmaps and customer experience strategy aligned to business goals.
