Job summary

ChargePoint is seeking an accomplished enterprise sales leader to own a portfolio of major accounts in the US. You will manage end-to-end negotiations for multi-year contracts, coordinating with legal, finance, and product teams.

You’ll drive land-and-expand motions, develop executive relationships, and shape go-to-market strategy with cross-functional partners. Significant travel is expected to secure multi-million deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 12+ years enterprise sales experience.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota in EV, energy, or technology sectors.
• Strong ability to build executive-ready narratives from data.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of named enterprise accounts and drive long-term revenue growth.
• Lead end-to-end negotiation and contract structuring for multi-year enterprise agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on major RFPs and large bids.
• Develop pipeline by engaging key decision-makers and buying committees.
• Provide market and customer insights to product and marketing teams.
