Qualifications

Senior technical leader with hands-on delivery experience in enterprise applications.
Deep Salesforce development experience including integrations and customizations.
Strong DevOps foundations including CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.
Experience integrating AI tooling into engineering workflows and leading by example on AI adoption.

Responsibilities

Set and own the technical direction for enterprise applications across Salesforce and related platforms.
Define engineering standards, coding guidelines, and development best practices with a production support model.
Champion AI-assisted development and build reusable frameworks to accelerate delivery.
Partner with product specialists and architects to translate business requirements into scalable tech solutions.
Coach engineers and manage capacity across multiple initiatives while fostering ownership and excellence.
