Job summary

Abnormal Security seeks a Professional Services Consultant to lead migrations from Secure Email Gateways to Abnormal Security, leveraging expertise in enterprise mail flow, security, and cloud infrastructure.

You will manage projects, mitigate risks, and drive on-time delivery while coordinating with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure secure post-migration mail delivery.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years in a customer-facing role managing enterprise cybersecurity SaaS deployments or migrations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise mail flow and security architectures.

Responsibilities

• Manage migration projects from SEGs to Abnormal Security.
• Deliver guidance on enterprise mail flow (SMTP, MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) across hybrid and on-prem environments.
• Advise on native security controls in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Provide guidance on email security policies and anti-phishing measures.
• Troubleshoot mail flow issues and ensure secure delivery post-migration.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to support deployment workflows.
