Abnormal AI is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to lead implementation projects and initial training for new customers. You will partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success, guiding customers through deployments and knowledge transfer.

The role emphasizes enterprise-grade deployments, cybersecurity expertise, and proactive risk management in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a customer-facing role delivering enterprise-grade SaaS solutions (cybersecurity preferred).
• Experience deploying with enterprise email systems, integrations and migrations.
• Ability to drive projects end-to-end: discovery, planning, execution, sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer implementation projects, ensuring scope, schedule and quality.
• Lead deployment kickoff gathering POV knowledge: tech stack, success criteria, timelines.
• Conduct discovery to align goals with project plans.
• Guide customers through configuration, integrations, and enablement.
• Serve as primary technical contact during deployment, handle risks and escalations.
• Build relationships with executive-level stakeholders and document plans.
