Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Manager for Digital Adoption & Enablement within the GOLD team. You will lead enterprise digital adoption across platforms such as Medidata, Certinia, LMS, Workday, Percipio, and Microsoft 365, ensuring training, communications, and adoption metrics align with go-live dates and business goals.

You will manage Organizational Learning Advisors, collaborate with IT, QA/compliance, HRIS and other stakeholders, and develop scalable enablement artifacts

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in learning, enterprise systems enablement, digital adoption, change management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise digital adoption and systems enablement strategy across multiple platforms.
• Manage Organizational Learning Advisors and Enterprise Systems, including coaching and performance management.
• Establish standards and practices for systems learning, including curricula and assessments.
• Oversee learning plans for system implementations and adoption campaigns.
• Develop role-based learning journeys and performance support resources.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to scope needs and validate readiness.
