Job summary

Regions is seeking an Enterprise and Cyber Security Architecture Manager to lead the program developing and leveraging EA/SA principles across the organization, including cloud strategy and transformation. You will partner with TODD and business leaders to align architecture with enterprise strategies, analyze trends, and oversee implementation plans and risk controls to strengthen security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Analysis, or a related field
• Eight (8) years of experience in two or more technology disciplines in a heterogeneous environment such as technical architecture, security architecture, solution architecture, network management, application development, middleware design, information analysis, database management, or operations management
• Two (2) years of supervisory or managerial experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation or evolution of the EA/SA function across enterprise viewpoints
• Partner with TODD and business leaders to understand and advance business and technology strategies
• Lead the identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers to derive architecture requirements
• Analyze industry, technology, and market trends for potential impacts
• Analyze current environment to detect deficiencies and recommend improvements
• Lead development of an implementation plan for EA/SA
• Oversee EA/SA implementation and documentation
• Consult with program teams to fit solutions to architecture
• Standardize infrastructure and application architecture for on-premises and cloud
• Promote EA/SA process and results to technology and business leaders
• Partner across TODD to ensure controls strengthen risk management and cybersecurity
• Ensure disciplined change management during process and system changes
