• Eight (8) years of experience in two or more technology disciplines in a heterogeneous environment

Responsibilities

• Leads the creation or evolution of the EA/SA function, including coordination across enterprise viewpoints
• Partners with TODD and business leaders to understand, support, and advance business and technology strategies
• Leads the identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers to derive requirements
• Analyzes industry, technology, and market trends to determine potential impacts
• Analyzes current environment to detect deficiencies and recommend solutions
• Develops implementation plans for EA/SA based on requirements and strategies
• Oversees EA/SA implementation and documentation of all design work
• Consults with program/project teams to fit solutions to architecture across viewpoints
• Standardizes infrastructure and application architecture for on-premises and cloud
• Promotes the EA/SA process, outcomes, and results to technology and business leaders
• Partners across TODD to ensure controls are designed and monitored to strengthen risk management and compliance
• Ensures disciplined change management by evaluating risk and impacts of changes
