Regions Bank is seeking an Enterprise and Cyber Security Architecture Manager to direct the program for enterprise architecture (EA) and security architecture (SA) across the organization. The role focuses on leading the EA/SA function, aligning technology viewpoints with business strategy, and enabling secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Eight (8) years of experience in two or more technology disciplines in a heterogeneous environment.
• Two (2) years of supervisory or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads the creation or evolution of the EA/SA function and coordinates architecture viewpoints.
• Partners with business leaders to understand and advance enterprise strategies.
• Derives architecture requirements from enterprise drivers across business, information, technical, and solution domains.
• Analyzes industry trends to assess impact on the enterprise architecture.
• Identifies deficiencies in the current architecture and recommends improvements.
• Develops and implements an EA/SA plan aligned with business requirements and tech strategies.
• Oversees EA/SA implementation and maintains documentation of design and analysis work.
• Consults with project teams to fit solutions to architecture across all viewpoints.
• Standardizes infrastructure and application architecture for on-premises and cloud.
• Promotes the EA/SA process to technology and business leaders.
• Ensures risk controls are designed and monitored in collaboration with TODD teams.
