Job summary

Northbeam is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a book of enterprise customers, coordinate post-onboarding support, and ensure ongoing value delivery. You will collaborate with Media Strategy, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues, drive retention, and expand usage of our analytics platform across eCommerce brands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support, preferably supporting enterprise or eCommerce customers.
• Experience in SAAS B2B software companies.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems and marketing analytics, including familiarity with platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Seller Center, etc.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of business and coordinate post-onboarding experience across multiple teams.
• Ensure the Northbeam product delivers value and insights to enterprise customers.
• Act as first line of support for technical issues raised by customers.
• Proactively monitor account health and drive retention and expansion efforts.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Media Strategy to prioritize fixes and improvements.
