Job summary
ESW, a leader in cross-border commerce solutions, seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This remote role, ideally based near Seattle, WA, partners with global brands to unlock value and drive growth through strategic account management and adoption of ESW capabilities.
You will own onboarding and expansion for enterprise customers, develop tailored account plans, lead Executive Business Reviews, and coordinate with Delivery, Product, and Sales to deliver measurable
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build and grow enterprise relationships, driving retention and revenue.
- Strong commercial acumen with growth opportunities and executive stakeholder influence.
- Understanding of ecommerce operations, cross-border commerce, and digital trends.
- Experience presenting executive-level recommendations to senior audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, driving revenue growth, retention, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with client stakeholders.
- Develop and execute account strategies identifying expansion opportunities and mitigating risk.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Delivery Services, Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance.
- Forecast, pipeline management, and account documentation in Salesforce.
