Job summary

Harvey is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to guide clients—top enterprises and leading law firms—through adoption and value realization of Harvey's AI platform. You’ll operate with a consultative mindset and deep domain knowledge to integrate Harvey into complex client workflows.

You’ll own relationships, lead strategic implementations, train end users on LLMs, monitor adoption metrics, and pursue renewals and expansion.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Enterprise SaaS in legal or top-tier consulting environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of Harvey into client workflows for seamless adoption.
• Educate end users on LLM capabilities and establish Harvey as essential.
• Serve as primary client contact with prescriptive, consultative approach.
• Monitor adoption, utilization and KPIs to drive ROI.
• Encourage stakeholder engagement and advocate for Harvey within organizations.
• Provide health monitoring and readiness for renewals and expansion.
• Relay client insights to product and services teams.
