Job summary

Harvey AI is seeking a Majors Customer Success Manager to guide our largest clients—elite law firms, Fortune 500 companies, and premier asset managers—through their Harvey journey. You will embed Harvey into client processes, advise executives, and shape the product roadmap.

You will lead end-to-end implementation, adoption, and change management, partnering with senior leaders to drive measurable value and renewal across a strategic portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex client programs for financial services or professional services.
• Ability to turn business goals into executable plans with clear ownership and timelines.
• Experience helping organizations adopt new technology and manage organizational change.
• Credibility with senior executives and hands-on execution skills.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment to assess value and renewal risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and transformation programs.
• Drive change in how lawyers work with Harvey.
• Own your customer portfolio and set account strategy.
• Drive retention and growth through demonstrated value and renewal discussions.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with Legal Engineering, Product and Sales.
• Advise executives and align stakeholders on investment and progress.
