Job summary

Harvey is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to guide our clients through their journey with Harvey and maximize value from our AI-powered platform. You will act as trusted advisor, integrating Harvey into enterprise workflows and legal practice processes.

You will own strategic implementation, training, and advocacy, collaborating with clients across legal and consulting functions to drive adoption, retention, and expansion at top firms and enterprises.

Qualifications

Experience in Enterprise SaaS, legal (big law) or top-tier management consulting.
Excellent communication and strategic planning, capable of influencing stakeholders.
Results-driven with ability to prioritize competing tasks and demanding clients.
Team players with a collaborative, proactive, team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Strategic implementation: integrate Harvey into client workflows for seamless adoption.
Training & Enablement: educate end users on Harvey's capabilities and value.
Client relationship management: serve as primary contact with prescriptive guidance.
Success metrics: use KPIs to drive adoption, ROI, and renewal-ready status.
Advocacy: cultivate Harvey advocates within client organizations.
Health monitoring: track satisfaction and readiness for renewal.
Feedback loop: relay client insights to product and services teams.
Travel: occasional visits to client offices and Harvey locations.
