Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with discovery, requirements, prioritization, and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience building or evolving CRM or relationship intelligence platforms.
• Experience shipping AI/ML-powered product capabilities in production.
• Strong UX sensibility and rigorous product analytics.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define platform roadmap from MVP to scaled adoption.
• Lead discovery with executives to translate relationships into product requirements.
• Drive scoping pilots, success criteria, and scale/no-scale decisions.
• Partner with UX and Engineering to deliver the platform.
• Define metrics and use data to drive roadmap prioritization.
