Job summary

Vanguard is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own an enterprise CRM/relationship intelligence platform for its largest institutional clients. You will drive discovery, define requirements, partner across UX, Engineering, Data Science, and business teams, and measure platform success from MVP to scale.

The role targets senior executives and client-facing officers, with a focus on trust-building and deep client relationships. A hybrid work model applies, with offices in Malvern.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with discovery and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience building or evolving CRM/relationship intelligence platforms.
• Experience shipping AI/ML-powered capabilities in production.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform roadmap from MVP through scaled adoption.
• Lead discovery with executives to translate complexity into requirements.
• Define success criteria and scale decisions based on evidence.
• Drive build/buy/partner decisions for platform capabilities.
