The Senior Counsel, Enterprise at Mammoth Brands Inc. serves as a strategic legal and business partner to the Enterprise function, including Finance, People, Technology and Mammoth Labs (M&A).

The role handles a broad range of corporate, operational and commercial matters, delivering pragmatic advice to move the business quickly while managing risk. Reporting to the Director of Legal, Enterprise, the attorney will advise on complex agreements, technology, data privacy, AI and employment issues,

• Strong judgment and the ability to provide risk-calibrated, business-focused legal advice in a fast-moving environment.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues and address over-the-horizon risks that could impact business objectives.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a key business partner and advisor to Enterprise leadership and stakeholders.
• Advise on, negotiate and draft complex corporate and commercial agreements, balancing legal risk with business priorities.
• Drive legal workstreams supporting Mammoth Labs and Finance on strategic transactions and financings.
• Advise on technology, data privacy, cybersecurity and AI-related matters.
• Advise the People team on employment-related legal matters.
• Develop and maintain company policies and procedures.
• Provide or oversee training to Enterprise stakeholders on pertinent legal topics.
