Job summary

Perplexity AI is seeking a senior commercial attorney to join our Legal team. You will independently lead end-to-end drafting, review, and negotiation of Enterprise customer agreements across our Enterprise Pro, Enterprise Max, Computer, and API offerings, including MSAs, order forms, DPAs, BAAs, and security exhibits.

You will partner with Enterprise Sales, Partnerships, Deal Desk, Security, Privacy, Product, and Finance to enable deals while protecting critical terms, advise on AI-specific

Qualifications

• 7+ years of combined law firm and in-house experience.
• Experience owning complex enterprise SaaS or API deals.
• Drafting and negotiating MSAs, orders, DPAs, BAAs, security exhibits.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end drafting, review, and negotiation of Enterprise customer agreements across our offerings (SaaS, API).
• Advise on legal questions associated with AI products deployed in enterprise environments.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Security, Privacy, Product, and Finance to accelerate deals while protecting key terms.
