Flamingo, a leading body‑care brand within Mammoth Brands Inc., is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to serve as a strategic legal partner for its Enterprise function (Finance, People, Technology, and Mammoth Labs).

Requires J.D. and at least 7 years of relevant experience, including strong in‑house exposure across corporate, commercial, employment, and data privacy matters. Proficiency with AI‑enabled legal tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• J.D. and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including significant in‑house experience.
• Broad experience in corporate, commercial, employment, and data‑privacy law.
• Proficiency with AI‑enabled legal tools.

Responsibilities

• Advise Enterprise leadership on corporate, commercial, finance, technology, data‑privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and employment matters.
• Negotiate and draft complex agreements.
• Support strategic transactions, investments, and financings for Mammoth Labs and Finance.
• Develop and maintain company policies and procedures.
• Provide training on pertinent legal topics.
