Mammoth Brands Inc. is seeking a Senior Counsel, Enterprise to serve as a strategic legal partner to Enterprise teams including Finance, People, Technology and Mammoth Labs. You will provide pragmatic, risk-aware advice across corporate, tech, and employment matters to enable fast decision-making.

The role requires an experienced, business-minded attorney who can handle technology, data privacy, and strategic transactions, reporting to the Director of Legal, Enterprise.

Formación

• Must provide risk-calibrated, business-focused legal advice.
• Experience across corporate, commercial, employment and data privacy matters.
• Experience advising on enterprise-level transactions and partnerships.
• Comfort using AI-enabled legal tools in day-to-day practice.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a key business partner and advisor to Enterprise leadership and stakeholders.
• Advise on, negotiate and draft complex corporate and commercial agreements.
• Drive legal workstreams supporting Mammoth Labs and Finance on strategic initiatives.
• Advise on technology, data privacy, cybersecurity and AI-related matters.
• Advise the People team on employment-related legal matters.
• Develop and maintain company policies and procedures.
