The candidate should have a J.D. and Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, plus a minimum of seven years of relevant experience, including in-house exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and J.D. required; admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including significant in-house experience.
• Experience advising across a broad range of legal matters including corporate, commercial, employment, and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic legal and business partner to Enterprise leadership and stakeholders.
• Advise on, negotiate, and draft complex corporate and commercial agreements.
• Drive legal workstreams supporting Mammoth Labs and Finance on strategic transactions and other corporate initiatives.
• Advise on technology, data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI-related matters.
