Job summary

Medtronic is a global leader in healthcare technology actively seeking a Senior Contract Analyst. This remote US-based role supports end-to-end contract lifecycle management, drafting and redlining terms, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

You will partner with Sales, Offer Development, Legal, and downstream operations to optimize contract performance, minimize risk, and drive informed decision-making across the pricing and contracting function.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in contracts or pricing (or 4+ with Associate’s or 2+ with Baccalaureate).
• Experience managing contract lifecycle from creation to renewal.
• Experience negotiating terms and collaborating with sales, legal, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle from creation through renewal.
• Draft, redline, and administer complex terms and conditions.
• Lead negotiations and support customer engagements within contractual frameworks.
• Prepare bids, track progress, and report on obligations and performance.
• Partner with Legal to ensure templates, standards, and regulatory compliance.
