You will manage the end-to-end contract process, draft and negotiate agreements, support Salesforce initiatives, and perform ad hoc sales data analysis across regions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years as a paralegal/legal assistant preferred.
• Minimum five years managing B2B contract agreements preferred.
• Minimum two years in manufacturing or healthcare industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts from discussions through expiration monitoring.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize various contract types.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on terms and provisions.
• Act as liaison between departments, customers, and legal.
• Prepare language per contractual provisions and manage proposals.
• Communicate final contract structure for implementation.
• Manage contract storage and renewals; monitor expirations.
• Contribute to standard contract language development.
• Handle customer change notification processes and bidding responses.
• Analyze ad hoc sales data as needed.
