Northrop Grumman is seeking a strategic Communications professional to join the Integration and Channel Strategy team within Employee Communications. You will drive cross-enterprise initiatives and partner with sector teams to align messages with business priorities.

You will design frameworks, standards, and resources to help communicators plan and share content consistently, manage intranet pages and digital signage, and support executive storytelling with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in communications, or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Strong writing and verbal communication, problem solving, and attention to detail.
• Experience translating complex topics into engaging stories.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-enterprise communications integration with sector teams.
• Develop standards, templates, and frameworks for consistent messaging.
• Plan and execute internal communications events and rollout of themes.
• Maintain intranet pages, newsletters, and digital signage.
