Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience developing and deploying communications practices; Master-level degree with 3+ years can substitute.
• Strong written and verbal communication, integrity and organizational skills; ability to translate complex topics into clear messages.
• Experience with email campaigns, newsletters, and event planning or program management.

Responsibilities

• Inform and inspire employees and drive business priorities across the Defense Systems sector.
• Provide strategic counsel and executive communications support (talking points, speeches, presentations, scripts, announcements).
• Lead internal announcements and coordinate campaigns with sector and enterprise teams.
• Create engaging internal content (articles, videos, Q&As, infographics) and manage channels (intranet, email, events).
• Track metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholders, refining tactics based on data.
