The role focuses on executive messaging, storytelling, and cross‑functional collaboration across enterprise channels. You will craft talking points, speeches, and internal announcements while coordinating organization-wide announcements and maintaining governance-aligned communications tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with 8+ years of communications experience or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the employee communications strategy for the SDS division.
• Provide executive communications support and draft talking points, speeches, and announcements.
• Coordinate division organization announcements and align content with sector and enterprise priorities.
• Maintain intranet content, org charts, and distribution lists with governance standards.
• Offer strategic oversight of leader communications across the division and track effectiveness.
• Plan and execute employee engagements and site-level communications for assigned locations.
