Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven success developing and executing integrated communications strategies.
• Experience leading complex, business‑driven communications projects.
• Executive‑level writing and advising skills, with a systems‑level mindset.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated customer communications plans across the enterprise.
• Translate enterprise and program strategies into clear, tailored communication approaches for specific customer communities.
• Research customer organizations, decision makers and mission priorities to inform strategies and talking points.
• Monitor customer news and policy developments; summarize insights and flag risks to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sector and functional communicators to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Build strong relationships with business development, program teams and government relations.
