Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of communications experience, or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools.
• Strong written/verbal communication, integrity, judgement, problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an enterprise integration driver for cross-enterprise initiatives and advise on communications alignment.
• Identify channel/process gaps and draft standards and templates to improve effectiveness.
• Design and maintain frameworks, messaging and resources for consistent, employee-centric communications.
• Help refine the Communications Ecosystem and measure improvements with metrics and feedback.
• Support cross-enterprise events and strategic rollout of themes and storytelling.
• Ensure communications plans align with the company’s strategic vision and Northrop Grumman brand.
• Collaborate with sector and corporate partners to align messages and share best practices.
• Serve as channel lead back-up for intranet content, newsletters and digital signage.
