Job summary

Samsara, a leader in connected operations, is seeking a Manager II, Enterprise Collections to lead our Enterprise Collections team within OTC. You will drive performance, coach staff, and scale the operating model with process improvements, while upholding SOX and policy compliance.

This remote role supports US-based candidates (excluding listed regions) and requires 5–7+ years in Order-to-Cash with 3–5+ years of people management, plus hands-on Salesforce and NetSuite experience to resolve

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Order-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, Billing, or Shared Services.
• 3–5+ years of supervisory/people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of OTC / AR processes, including collections and dispute management.
• Hands-on experience using Salesforce and NetSuite (or comparable CRM/ERP).

Responsibilities

• Own collections performance for enterprise accounts and drive aging reduction.
• Provide coaching and performance management for collections staff.
• Lead strategic initiatives to meet collections targets across teams.
• Manage escalations and communications on complex accounts.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, CS, FinSys, and Treasury to resolve invoicing issues.
• Drive process improvements and automation to boost efficiency and customer experience.
• Review OTC policies and SOX controls with senior leadership.
• Represent OTC/Collections in cross-functional programs.
• Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, high-performing team.
