Job summary

Samsara is hiring a Manager II, Enterprise Collections to lead the Enterprise Collections organization within OTC, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to optimize cash collection and customer experience. You will coach teams, scale the operating model through automation, and ensure governance across SOX.

The role focuses on people leadership, process improvements, and alignment with broader OTC and enterprise objectives, with a flexible remote setup.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, Billing, or Shared Services.
• 3-5+ years of supervisory/people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash / AR processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ability to drive automation initiatives and SOX/compliance awareness.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce and NetSuite (or comparable CRM/ERP).

Responsibilities

• Own collections performance for enterprise accounts and optimize aging and disputes.
• Provide coaching and performance management for collections analysts.
• Lead initiatives to hit collections targets across teams and align with OTC goals.
• Manage escalations and complex customer communications with sound judgment.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, CS, FinSys, and Treasury to resolve issues.
• Drive process improvements and automation for better efficiency and customer experience.
• Review OTC policies and SOX controls with senior leadership to ensure compliance.
• Represent OTC/Collections in cross-functional initiatives.
• Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, high-performing team aligned to Samsara's culture.
