Job summary

#paid is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to oversee large-scale campaigns for Key Accounts. You will serve as a trusted strategic advisor, aligning client goals with internal teams to deliver impactful creator marketing programs.

You will nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients, drive renewals and expansions, and partner with Sales to identify opportunities. This role requires data-driven insights and strong leadership to maximize account health.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a client-facing role, ideally with enterprise accounts.
• Experience managing high-value campaigns and renewals.
• Proven ability to upsell and grow existing book of business.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute campaigns for enterprise accounts.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with multiple client stakeholders.
• Identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Ensure client happiness and monitor NPS.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Sales on customer growth.
