Job summary

Moore seeks a Senior Manager, Client Success to lead a portfolio of complex, high-value client accounts and translate client goals into integrated marketing and communications strategies.

You will supervise multidisciplinary teams, shape account planning and budgets, and build trusted client relationships to drive retention and growth across channels. Strong leadership and finance oversight are essential.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in client services, integrated marketing, advertising, or related field, preferably in an agency.
• Experience leading complex client accounts and multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of integrated marketing, brand strategy, digital marketing, paid media, content development, PR, and performance measurement.
• Strong strategic planning, client leadership, financial management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across formats (emails, proposals, briefs, presentations).
• Proven success managing 5+ client accounts, concurrent workstreams, and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior day-to-day strategic partner for a portfolio of complex, high-value client accounts.
• Lead client meetings, strategic planning sessions, and account reviews.
• Build trusted relationships to support satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand Moore’s services and value to clients.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive work across channels.
• Own financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and profitability.
