• Strong program leadership across multi-year, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and executive communication skills with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise application portfolio strategy and rationalization roadmap.
• Build and maintain a trusted application inventory with ownership, cost, usage, dependencies, technical health, risk, and lifecycle status.
• Apply a consistent decision framework for retention, optimization, consolidation, migration, or retirement.
• Develop business cases, TCO models, ROI assessments for portfolio decisions.
• Lead portfolio governance with steering committee updates and budget management.
• Oversee migrations, data transitions, change adoption, and vendor exits.
• Define intake governance by assessing proposals against capabilities and risk.
• Provide guidance to application owners and EA community throughout lifecycle.
• Drive retirement plans with owners.
• Translate portfolio data into clear recommendations and align stakeholders.
