Job summary

Trystar is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to lead the enterprise ECR/ECO/ECN process across locations including Houston, TX and Faribault, MN. You will standardize workflows, ensure first-time-right changes, and drive data-driven performance across PLM, ERP, and document control systems.

You will own governance, training, and continuous improvement to minimize risk, disruption, and downstream impacts while aligning with Trystar's Right with Speed value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in engineering change management, configuration, PLM or related field.
• Experience with state-of-the-art PLM tools listed above.
• Strong organizational skills with data accuracy focus.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across functions.
• Project management experience and KPI/reporting ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer enterprise ECR/ECO/ECN process across locations.
• Serve as SME for ECR, ECO, ECN and change management activities.
• Review, validate, route change requests for completeness and adherence.
• Monitor workflows, drive closure, and escalate risks as needed.
• Develop and communicate KPIs: cycle times, backlog, schedule adherence.
• Lead continuous improvement to remove bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Own ECR/ECO roadmap, make it scalable and data-driven.
• Leverage PLM/workflow automation to improve performance and traceability.
• Conduct regular process audits and corrective actions.
• Deliver training and coaching on change management processes.
• Facilitate stand-up meetings and cross-functional reviews.
• Collaborate with site leaders to align with priorities and readiness.
• Promote process discipline and a culture of continuous improvement.
