Job summary

Trystar is seeking a Manufacturing ERP/MES Project Leader to drive Epicor-based ERP/MES initiatives across its manufacturing footprint. You will shape shop floor operations for 5 years, partnering with IT and Operations to ensure high‑quality solutions, competitive lead times, and strong value realization.

You will lead design, configuration, and deployment of Epicor modules, coordinate with plant locations, and develop training and SOPs to enable change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or Engineering.
• 10+ years of operations leadership across multiple functions.
• Strong ERP & IT experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with item master data and production scheduling.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and drive process improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP/MES change initiatives across manufacturing functions.
• Advance ERP systems to support operations and margins.
• Lead Epicor MES integration and assess alternatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional ERP deployments on shop floors.
• Develop training materials and change management plans.
• Collaborate with IT and operations steering committees.
