Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a seasoned Commercial Capture Manager to lead strategy and execution for priority enterprise pursuits in a hybrid role based in Herndon, VA. You will shape requirements, engage customers early, and coordinate cross-functional teams to craft winning proposals and close high-value opportunities.

Responsibilities include developing capture plans, building executive relationships, and aligning Sales, Product, Pricing, Legal, and Finance to win.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
7+ years of experience in commercial enterprise capture management or related field.
Experience leading complex enterprise pursuits across deal lifecycle.
Experience engaging customers in pre-RFP or early opportunity stages.
Ability to build relationships with senior leaders and lead cross-functional teams.
Strong commercial and strategic acumen, including pricing considerations and negotiation strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead capture strategies for priority commercial enterprise opportunities.
Engage customers 12 to 36 months ahead of formal opportunities to understand business priorities and shape solutions.
Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and procurement teams while translating challenges into differentiated value propositions.
Partner across Sales, Product, Technology, Pricing, Finance, Legal, Operations to align resources and execute a unified win strategy.
Assess competitive positioning, pricing, solution gaps, and risks to improve win probability.
