T-Mobile seeks a seasoned Commercial Capture Manager to lead strategy and execution for priority enterprise pursuits, engaging customers 12 to 36 months ahead to shape requirements, build executive relationships, and craft differentiated win strategies. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days per week; remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial enterprise capture management or related field.
• Experience leading complex enterprise pursuits across deal lifecycle.
• Experience engaging customers during the pre-RFP or early opportunity stage to uncover priorities and shape requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior leaders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong commercial acumen including pricing, competition, and negotiation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead capture strategies for priority commercial enterprise opportunities.
• Engage customers 12 to 36 months ahead to understand priorities and procurement strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders.
• Partner cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Technology, Pricing, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other functions.
• Assess competitive positioning and pricing to improve win probability.
