Qualifications
- Requires 8+ years experience with a BS/BA or 6+ with a Master's or 12+ with a HS diploma.
- Advising on large-scale enterprise system implementations and modernization initiatives.
- Proven end-to-end UAT and testing governance experience.
Responsibilities
- Advise cross-functional executive stakeholders on high-priority multi-system initiatives.
- Drive strategic roadmap by turning business goals into functional specs and standards.
- Assess architectures and processes to identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies.
- Formulate scalable, future-state workflow frameworks for agility and cost efficiency.
- Establish QA and UAT governance for major deliverables with cross-functional partners.
- Define enterprise documentation standards for stories, models, and architectures; mentor junior staff.
