Job summary
Peraton is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst, Advisor to lead evaluation, optimization, and transformation of enterprise-level systems. You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive requirements and strategic roadmaps.
The role requires strong governance, security clearance eligibility, and a track record delivering complex enterprise solutions within federal healthcare or government contexts.
Qualifications
- Requires 8+ years of experience with a BS/BA degree, 6+ years with a Master's degree, or 12+ years with a High School diploma/GED.
- Demonstrated history of advising on and shaping large-scale or enterprise-level system implementations, enterprise modernization initiatives, or complex legacy software transformations.
- Proven track record of defining enterprise UAT strategies and end-to-end testing governance models.
- Deep expertise in SDLC with SAFe, Scrum, or hybrid development environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and briefing skills with ability to advise senior stakeholders and translate architecture into business value.
Responsibilities
- Lead evaluation, optimization, and transformation of business systems and workflows.
- Serve as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Define governance for quality assurance and UAT for major deliverables.
- Draft enterprise documentation standards and promote best practices across mid- and senior-level teams.
