Drive the strategic roadmap by converting broad business goals into high-impact functional specifications, architectural priorities, and technical standards across enterprise platforms.
Enterprise Process Architecture & OptimizationAssess enterprise-wide system architectures and core business processes toidentifystrategic gaps, systemic risks, and cross-functional inefficiencies. Formulate and recommend scalable, future-state workflow frameworks that improve operational agility and long-term cost efficiency.
Strategic Delivery Assurance & Quality GovernanceEstablishoverallQuality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) governance frameworks for major deliverables. Partner with cross-functional leadership and solution architects to ensure high-complexity system modifications align strictly with enterprise standards and strategic intent.
Documentation Governance & Practice AdvancementDefine and institute enterprise documentation standards andmethodologyguidelines for user stories, system models, and process architectures. Direct talent enablement strategies and best practices to elevate business analysis capability across mid-level and senior team

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
