Job summary

Peraton seeks a senior Advisory-level Business Process Analyst to support mission-critical operations in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will guide enterprise and program-level process assessments, optimize workflows, and drive transformational improvements that strengthen performance in secure environments.

You will lead workshops, map current-state processes, design future-state models, and produce high-quality documentation and KPIs for executive review.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility.
• 8+ years with BS/BA; 6+ years with MS/MA; 4 additional years in lieu of BS.
• 5+ years in business process analysis, reengineering, or enterprise transformation.
• Ability to lead advisory-level process improvement initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong experience with process modeling techniques and tools (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior advisor to program leadership on process strategy and optimization.
• Lead assessments of current-state processes to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Design future-state processes, governance, and SOPs aligned with enterprise needs.
• Facilitate workshops and process-mapping sessions with technical and mission stakeholders.
• Create process documentation including workflows and BPMN diagrams.
• Recommend automation and data-driven approaches to improve efficiency.
• Develop KPIs and executive dashboards on process performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Mission Assurance, PM, and Operations for lifecycle integration.
