Job summary

Peraton seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead evaluation, optimization, and transformation of business systems within the Health, State and Local Sector. You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive requirements, roadmap, and implementation for enterprise systems.

The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience, strong SDLC and Agile/SAFe expertise, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust while maintaining effective stakeholder engagement and mentorship

Qualifications

8+ years experience with BS/BA, or 12 years with HS.
5+ years as Business Systems Analyst leading large-scale deployments.
Proven UAT strategy and cross-functional leadership.
Experience SDLC with Agile, Scrum, SAFe or hybrid.
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to influence stakeholders.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust; US Citizen.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional requirements sessions and translate goals into specs and roadmaps.
Evaluate enterprise processes and architectures to design future-state workflows.
Oversee QA, define UAT strategies, and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for documentation.
