Job summary

GuideWell is seeking an Enterprise Business Architect in Jacksonville, FL, hybrid work arrangement. The role implements business architecture models across domains, aligning strategic intent with operations and guiding investments and program delivery.

The successful candidate will develop capability models, architecture roadmaps, and business cases, partnering with executives and IT to ensure compliant, enterprise-wide solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business or enterprise architecture roles, including multi-year projects.
• 5+ years developing architecture deliverables and leading initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Strong ability to visualize concepts, present to diverse audiences, and facilitate discussions.

Responsibilities

• Connects strategy to operational capabilities by analyzing objectives and guiding investments.
• Develops and maintains capability models aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Crafts architecture roadmaps to evolve capabilities and technology solutions.
• Produces architecture deliverables to inform decisions and investments.
• Partners with VPs/directors to align capabilities with business goals.
• Supports prioritization of investments across capabilities.
• Provides input for build/buy/partner decisions and risk mitigation.
• Conducts capability impact assessments and risk analysis.
• Leads cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders and requirements.
• Ensures alignment of business capabilities with IT solutions and architecture plans.
• Maintains up-to-date enterprise architecture repository content.
