Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a Principal Business Architect to deliver enterprise-level consulting and lead change initiatives. The role connects business strategy to capabilities across people, processes, technology, and information, guiding senior leaders through complex problems and strategic improvements.

You will influence planning, roadmaps, and portfolios while partnering with business leaders to advance enterprise architecture practices, with a Hybrid-Flex/Remote-Flex work setup and Durham

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal consulting services and change leadership to enhance enterprise effectiveness.
• Facilitate workshops and decision-making with senior leaders from multiple departments.
• Provide consulting on complex business problems and advise on low-risk/high-value options.
• Apply business management tools to remove ambiguity and drive data-driven decisions.
• Develop enterprise business architecture models and translate strategies into roadmaps.
• Monitor trends and translate them into actionable recommendations for internal clients.
• Develop and execute enterprise business planning processes.
• Influence senior leaders in use of business planning disciplines.
